Pros

Perrigo takes care of their people. They have good over the counter products that save consumers money over the national brand...and they are just as effective.

Cons

Management is stuck in the past. They are having a hard time figuring out what kind of company they want to be when they grow up. They are too committed to the advice of people who have little experience outside of Allegan. It's a recipe for disaster.

Very positive work environment that supports the team concept. Seems like a company that cares about its people. Responsive management.

Cons

Complex organization that is tough to figure out work flow of other sections of the business. Needs to be more security minded.
