The people culture is fantastic. I felt like I was working with friends rather than colleagues. You also get great exposure to senior management and business situations that truly develop you.

Cons

Smallish size of company made me feel like the options to progress forward were limited (I'm an ambitious individual) as you moved toward the more senior end of middle management. Progression plans aren't made clear and promotions feel sporadic and almost random. HR department is a big weakness and feels almost non-existant to employees.
