nice people. young environment in some departments. after two or three years some people might get promoted to a higher ranked position, but its hard to prospect that in advance.
Cons
low salaries with few extras along the year. no clear salary improvement, if any, to anyone. some departments didn't change in the past eight years so don't expect promotion if you are there.. .
