Comfortable working environment, good insurance and PTO to those who are tenured, supportive managers.

Cons

Salary has fallen behind for many positions. Hourly production/manufacturing employees only make slightly more than some local fast food joint ($16/hr at a nearby McDonalds vs. ~$17 for Perrigo hourly employees). Refusal to provide pay increase for in-person work during pandemic when other employers (Heman Miller) increased wages. Employee/Family first mentality is gone.

They make a great effort to tell us how they pay more than industry average

Cons

Endless budget cuts. FDA standards preached but not maintained. Management is regularly unavailable... for weeks, even pre-pandemic. Every man for himself attitude prevails and is the type promoted.
