Decent job

Pros

You get paid breaks and some of the people are nice.

Cons

There are too many cliques and management will take advantage of their employees with little effort to help employees achieve their tasks aside from a pat on the back. The output has increased over the years and there is nothing that has been done to help ease the amount of output. Tools are missing or no longer usable and drums used to move product from location to location are far and few between It's expected that employees are to now clean the drums they need but when that gets included along with the normal work tasks it becomes tiring and may lead to more stress/depression and resentment as it takes up a lot more time. There should be either people hired to do the drum cleaning specifically or there should be a truck bringing in clean drums daily that should be stocked on the floor by leadership to hit the numbers they want... They preach safety and quality but when they don't get their numbers you will be treated as if you are a useless employee. You do not get raises for how hard you work, how much you do or your knowledge. Everyone gets mostly the same raise just for showing up and "doing your job".
