Pros

Paycheck and even that isn't really a pro.

Cons

Lazy Co workers who will push their work load onto others. Management that does not communicate with each other. The HR department that has no clue what their purpose is, might as well buy a magic 8 ball for answers to your questions. Management would rather sit around sipping coffee instead of actually supervising and communicating with employees Merit system is a joke; it only benefits people who are favored by supervision or the people who do nothing while at work leaving the people who actually attempt to do their job and the workload of said lazy co workers to rack up CGMPS which will ultimately lower their merit. Toxic work environment to a surprising degree, for a company with such a high standard of professionalism i still can't believe some of the things that came out of peoples mouths in that place from blatant racism to sexism, as well as watching a supervisor almost start a fist fight during a plant meeting because someone made a snarky comment. Oh yeah did i mention the management is god awful? Most employees if asked what they like about working for Perrigo will only say the paycheck no one has anything good to say about working at Perrigo. They can't stand to be there and stand around complaining all day instead of doing their work. Overall work culture/environment is highly depressing and frustrating. NO ONE and I mean no one is treated equally at Perrigo despite what they say. Bonuses are constantly getting slashed for employees. Pay scale is not competitive with the current job market. Work life balance is non existent hope you like only having 4 days off a month to take care all the things in you're life. The list could keep going but i have better things to do with my life now that am no longer with Perrigo figured i would write this review as a warning to others it's not a company you want to work for long term they will just use you up to throw you away and no i wasn't fired and am some disgruntled employee i moved on to better things and think others deserve better then what this company can offer.
