      Pros

      It helps pay the bills I guess.

      Cons

      CEO is a joke. Horrible turnover rates and the company can’t figure out how to retain employees. Most people are extremely rude and unhelpful. HR will let very inappropriate things slide under the rug and look the other way. Do not work here unless you absolutely have to. Very hard to move up in the company unless you know the right people

      1. No work: most of the people get salary without doing any work 2. Favoritism: all you need to do is scratch your managers back and you are set

      Cons

      1. Stuck in past. 2. No scope of innovation 3. No place for new ideas and thoughts 4. For managers it is either my way or highway 5. HR process sucks. They want to make fool of you at very first opportunity they get. 5. Analytical team lives in their own world and never listens to wny one 6. Lesser we talk about Regulatory team is better. They just work as a postman. 7. Business/Marketing teams have no clue what to do and they keep on changing the direction 8. Also if you a Muslim, don't bother to apply. They will never higher you

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits but each year they take more away. Bonuses and discounted OTC medicines are a nice perk. Some flexibility in schedule.

      Cons

      Gender discrimination at every level. Only reason they haven’t been sued is due to people wanting to live in the area and limited opportunities in West Michigan. Good ole boys club. Even the women who have made it to management positions are only Sr Manager vs the men in their same rung have the title of Director.
