Perrigo reviews

The restructuring done to the US Perrigo offices was handled poorly in my opinion. The uncertainty of not knowing who would be let go for an entire month lead to lots of anxiety and low morale. The townhall message was tone-deaf and left everyone, including management, at a loss for what to say to their employees. Regardless of tenure, many employees were laid off to reduce costs. Of the workers still employed at the company, many have lost their faith in Perrigo as a community pillar.
