      pay and benefits on par with west mi companies company growth potential excellent products and quality excellent decision to promote new president

      Cons

      hierarchical structure promotes blaming and finger pointing vs collaboration questionable workforce reduction decisions inadequate support to those caught up in RIF who had devoted 10+ years to making Perrigo the success it is today

      Pros

      Was able to have make a relationship with a co-worker where we had to work to complete our work.

      Cons

      It was a challenge do to the fact they were converting over from Paddock to Perrigo trade dress. Lots of confusion from the Paddock culture to the Perrigo culture .

      Good pay and benefits, not much else but this app won't let me go further until I write twenty words or more.

      Cry babies, everyone in everyone's business,only the squeaky wheels get greased, brown nosers get promoted
