Do not work here

Pros

[most] co-workers are great, easy to get along with.

Cons

Low pay. Zero mentoring. Company president is a control freak, micro-manages everything from products to staff Birthday cards. Employees are reminded they are expendable. High turnover rate. I was there for a little over 2 years, I saw 15+ people come and go. No room to move up, senior level management either hires family or close friends. Factory floor workers were paid so little that we often had employee-fund raises around Christmas time. Yearly raises came with a review, but they were always delayed, and raises only matched inflation (.50 cents or less). Management is out of touch and does not care about its employees. Do NOT work here under any circumstances. You will be better off working retail, or literally any other job.

Pros

HR and Organization and some colleagues are good. Always helpful!

Cons

They expect you able to work and know everything after one week (5 days) . After get a long with good some good persons (They are kind and welcome to trained me) I was unlucky that got put in toxic and bad attitude team. One in a team , She told me that " I don't have patience enough to teach someone" that make me uncomfortable at all. I don't like the TOXIC thing. Dont think about to tell Lead Zone or Supervisor cause sometimes seem like they don't have power to take action at all.

Pros

The art room was full of great, talented people. The creative director was good to work for. There was a good employee ownership program.

Cons

If you are a creative person you might want to keep looking. The position was called creative artist but that was definitely misleading. We mainly copied designs taken from the internet. What to copy was picked for you by senior management and your job is to change it enough to not look completely stolen. We would get continuous revisions to our work from the company president and the merchandising director and good God they were terrible. It was a never ending complaint in the art room but it seemed like they were deaf to any criticism or feedback. Art room management was great but they also didn't have much say in the creative process.
