      Reasonable work. Normal pay. Not good healthcare benefits.

      Pros

      Work is readonable. Pay is okay.

      Cons

      They just got rid of their HMO so it's only high deductible plans where you pay for your care including prescription from an HSA with your own money. Only one 10 minute break and one 1/2 hr per shift. Much less than industry standard and they don't give extra time for walking to and from your station. They don't test for THC for hiring. But they do test for ot if you get hurt. And they talk about getting drug tested if you report injuries so it seems like they just want people they don't have to b responsible for injuring. They aren't very big on safety protocols or safely training

      Pros

      They pay decently well, can be flexible with schedules in regards to children in daycare

      Cons

      Most of supervisory staff has been with the company so long, the work environment can become less than productive if you get too involved with certain groups. A lot of interpersonal life tangles if you fall in with the wrong clique, It's like high school and nobody cares because they're all too busy gossiping about their employees.

      Pros

      A few people are decent other than that nothing positive.

      Cons

      Full of fake people, very clicky environment, lots playing favorites. Raises are pennies and reviews are a joke. They are very unreasonable if you miss any time even if it's minimal time and unless you work there for 10 + years you don't get any sick days. Vacation time is a joke. The office staff is full of people who are really quick to throw you under the bus if it makes them look good even for 5 minutes. Little to no room for growth.
