Pros

Work load is some what manageable so it allows for an ok work / life balance. They also offer 401K, dental, health, and vision insurance benefits.

Cons

Management is toxic and gossips about employees. There is very little PTO. They also pay poorly and do not offer raises. There is a high turnover rate and no encouragement to grow within the company. The CEO has a "boys club" company culture.
