Do not work in the purchasing!! Upper Management in this department favor certain employees and managers and allow them to get away things that are not allowed in the company. They give whoever they chose "special working hours" not giving everyone a fair opportunity. When you bring it to HR's attention nothing is done. They don't allow you to grow within the department or outside to another department , they will deny your request of they chose too . There's one manager that gaslights you, then tries everything in her power to get you written up or fired meanwhile she's watching her telenovela all day at work. Pay is below average and you will gets cents on a raise not dollars Too much Drama for one department Managers DO NOT keep things confidential if you speak to them about (something personal, raise, sickness or anything). A couple days later everyone will know your business.
