Pros

Great Product, beautiful elevations, quality finish-out

Cons

My Division President did not make the appropriate changes to stay competitive in the market. We had a great product, but the prices were way too high for the rural market we were in. The Community Amenities were a covered Pavilion, that was it. No pool, no workout center - minimal services for the monthly HOA fees. The backyards were too small to install a pool which made the houses way less desirable than our competition. My DP was not willing to make the commensurate changes in price, therefore we had completed homes that just sat unsold for months.

Pros

Great training program. They really take the time to train you for 2.5 weeks. The sales trainers do everything they can to help support you even after training as they are always on call.

Cons

Work/life balance. Your salary is 100% commission and that is great if you are in a high traffic community. 99% of the time you will be put with a "partner" who you share traffic with. That essentially cuts your commission potential in half if you do not work hard and hustle bringing in your own buyers or realtors with buyers.

Pros

Enough time given for training. Professionalism at its best. Human Resource and Recruiters are the best when it comes to respect and knowledge. But... see Cons below.

Cons

CAD team need to be knowledgable with field construction. I got the job with Perry and was the happiest man until I met the team who was responsible for my training, they contradict their own training, they have no common sense, very arrogant personalities. They will make you look bad when they see your knowledge and speed, will set you up for failure as a team... if you get a job as a CAD producer ask for a private computer with no public access to guarantee your success! Otherwise if you're not liked by few of those selfish immature beings, they will surely set you up!
