Pros

Salary and bonus structure are tops in the Industry.

Cons

Too much politics and favoritism. You used to be evaluated on your performance now it's a popularity contest. Management cares little for the employees. Company culture is to keep as much as possible from employees. Everything is a secret.

Pros

Great commission scale. Build as close to custom quality as you can get in a production builder.

Cons

Giving up weekends and the late hours after hours. When you are scheduled off you are never off.

Great Company to Work For

Pros

I genuinely enjoy my job.. Perry is finally distinguishing itself from other builders so I love being part of the transition. I really feel like I'm part of a team (in my department anyways). Company morale is pretty strong in some departments, and less so in others. Overall a great company to work for.

Cons

Salespeople are divas and complain far too much even though they're the money-makers.
