      Not good for .Net track

      Pros

      - provides work life balance - cafeteria - lunch & snacks facility is good - real estate and infrastructure is good

      Cons

      - not many .net projects ( I stayed for 4 years, and was asked 3 times to change track) - RM and HR department dont do their basic job i.e. addressing employee grievance - communication gap between RM, HR, project management - very low onsite opportunities (for .net - negligible). Getting a .net project itself is a challenge. forget onsite. - post IPO, they are addressing issues of only shareholders and neglecting employees - slow progress of the company itself. It is total strength of 6000 employees (2011) even after 20 years of their establishment. compare it with companies like cognizant. - If you are on .net track, I strongly suggest to resist persistent systems. However, there are number of java projects. You can go for java track.

      a lot of scope to improve yourself technically employee oriented company

      Cons

      have to stay in office for 9hrs they have offices only in pune, hyderabad, goa and nagpur. (should setup offices in metro cities)
