Persistent has a very supportive and "people-first" culture compared to other IT service companies. Work-Life Balance: The management generally respects your personal time, and hybrid/remote work options are flexible. Inclusive Environment: They take diversity seriously, and the workplace feels welcoming for everyone. The food at the Pune campuses is a huge plus!

Cons

Career growth can feel a bit slow in certain business units if you aren't proactive.
