Pros
1) Appraisals are good. Specially if you fall under higher ratings then this is the company which value that thing. 2) Most of the HR policies are good. 3) continuous performance appraisal. Appraisal diary system. 4) Good environment. culture. 5) Quality of food given by company.
Cons
1) There are many resources which are there since many years and they feel like they own company. 2) Many levels of hierarchy. 3) If you are at ground levels then you will have 3-4 managers and they all will take follow ups. 4) No onsite. You will be really lucky if you get single chance. 5) Most of the projects don't have good learning / value add things.
