Having worked in a one of the biggest MNC's( with over 6 lakh resources) in the past,I was sceptical about Persistent with very few resources(around 20K resources when I joined) but pleasantly surprised to find that the process are all in place and being followed.Certainly on a path to become the best IT services organization soon.
