Pros

You will get actual technical work here. I have worked here for 4+ years, joined as a fresher. Really best place to work at, if you want technical stuff. A lot of trust will be shown on you, though you are a newbie, IF you ARE technically sound. Monetary benefits are also great if your performance is good, else average but seems more than other companies. They have good projects. Technology is no bound here. Persistent trainings are awesome. Food is very good. Transport facility is good.

Cons

I have seen people saying that you have to work hard in persistent. What I have experienced is if you want to work for office timings you can do that. No one will ask to stay unless and until there is any emergency.

Pros

+ Way too better than other service oriented Indian companies. Good chance to learn cutting edge technologies etc. However, this all depends on your project. many projects are mediocre too. So, fight for good first project in company. Later, if you perform good, you'll keep getting cream projects. + Some really good policies. + Good locations in city.

Cons

- Middle layer management (who's been there for 10-12 years) is worst! Lots of politics. Appraisal procedure is just a formality! The process is not transparent. - Worst work-life balance. If you can't say NO, you're burdened with lots of work. - Most managers aren't good technically.
