Pros

No pros, unless you care about money but even then you can make more money elsewhere.

Cons

Terrible management, management needs training on how to communicate with employees and start listening more. Will be left to drown with no help and will later criticize the effort put into the ticket. This company only cares about tickets being pushed out and nothing else. Technology here is outdated and ancient. If you want to bore yourself and be stagnant in growth then by all means join this company.
