Failing Arrogant Company with bad future

free EV charger for employees, gym is nice, and snacks in the kitchen for employees

Cons

This company is a mess. Bad management, stock price is tanking, no future, and everyone who joined pre-ipo have made their money. The stock price has been bad for all employees. Early employees have cashed out and left They act like they are a growth company, but they are a stagnant slow growth dying company. This company has no hope and future. Bring your talents somewhere else.

Cons

Management has favorites and doesn't believe in mistakes. Will remember mistakes made and not let you forget them/diminish your growth in the company for them. Managers struggle to manage their own teams.
