      Pros

      Nice mid-sized company with room to grow. Stock can't get much lower. Nice people with cool products/projects.

      Cons

      They laid off two rounds in 2023. First 30% of headcount then a remaining 20%.

      Used to be a great company to work for. New regime has ruined that and now it’s toxic for women.

      Technology and scientific excellence there is amazing.

      Used to be a great company to work for. New regime has ruined that and now it’s toxic for women. Company culture not women-friendly: 1. Company scored very low on work-life balance. The long hours are punishing, and not at all family-friendly. 2. Aggressive goals and high pressure are getting even worse. Tensions run high, and the culture is not fun. 3. There is rampant unconscious gender bias, including from the top. Women are perceived to “lack gravitas” or “seem junior” for no good reason. The facts speak for themselves: 1. Several mid-to-senior-level women have departed this year. There weren't many to begin with. 2. There are close to 20 VP+ executives. Only 2 are women. Most are white men. 3. New regime has pushed several female voices out of the Exec Team. What makes this even more sad is that the Board has multiple women, including the chair. Not sure if they realize how toxic the environment is for women. The new regime was not for me so I left. I’m not the only one.
