      Nepotism on steroids

      Pros

      Friendly Co workers. Free food. Nice building.

      Cons

      Training is not their strong suit as you have to fight to be properly trained. Running a skeleton crew creates burnout for employees. Hiring and firing at the same time. Nepotism runs strong in management as they will give favor to those who put themselves in a position to be taking advantage of. Questionable (conflict of interest) relationships between employees. 2 layoffs.

      Overworked, but at least the food is free

      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Inclusive and informal. Job tasks are straightforward and clear. Management tries to look after its workers, but bureaucracy and executive decisions make it hard to see growth or change for the better. Food is free, though.

      Cons

      This company is in a vicious cycle of hiring and firing employees. Very few seem to be able to stay a year or more.
