      Pros

      Coworkers are friendly and the building is nice

      Cons

      Be prepared to be overworked. The company operates with a skeleton crew and offers minimal support to its staff, requiring extra hours on a regular basis. Work-life balance is poor in certain departments, and management appears indifferent to employee well-being, often disregarding feedback. Promotions are dangled as incentives to push harder, but once a project is completed, those promotions are frequently rescinded. Additionally, mass layoffs tend to occur at the end of large projects, leaving many employees uncertain about their future.

      Overworked, but at least the food is free

      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Inclusive and informal. Job tasks are straightforward and clear. Management tries to look after its workers, but bureaucracy and executive decisions make it hard to see growth or change for the better. Food is free, though.

      Cons

      This company is in a vicious cycle of hiring and firing employees. Very few seem to be able to stay a year or more.
