      Pros

      Great people, Great facility, you will learn and be a professional on that certain work.

      Cons

      You will be overuse many times in any means, and there is a toxic boss who handles a wide amount of people who do not know how to handle them, even his/her mental state he/she cannot control, and very sensitive.

      Pros

      A good company to gain experience as a web artist. Good salary, stable income while gaining experience. You'll get medical allowance if you are regular.

      Cons

      No skill progress. You'll just get used of what you are using. Can't cope up with the latest technologies used because of the limited capabilities of the platform you are using. The designing process is just drag and drop so you cant practice coding in html and css.

      - They DEDUCT Rs. 3600 from the monthly salary for taking one unplanned leave in a month. It's a very stupid company policy. - Zero room for innovation, or employees say - Few managers are arrogant - Bad health insurance cover - Charging for the office cab even for night shifts. - HR people are clueless - Expensive cafeteria
