      Pros

      Been with the company for more than 31 months. Lot of companies talk about being employee-eccentric, however Personiv does a pretty good job in adhering to the core values behind this. Promoted two times from Front line to SME to AM. Hard work really pays off here. A good experience so far and hope to gain more.

      If you stick to your job and do what you are hired for, no cons as such.
