      Great culture but no chance of growth.

      Pros

      The Company spends a lot on its engagement activities. Activities are always on point and well managed. They provide free pieces of training and seminars, but only for the top performers. Senior Management is so cool. You can see them highly engaged during company activities. They will dance, they will wear costumes, they will play sports, etc. Hands down to the Country Head and the rest of the Senior Management Team.

      Cons

      No chance to grow. Salary is super below average. If you are an experienced Corporate Recruiter and you started working in Personiv RPO, you'll get bored. Everyone, regardless of experience, is a "Senior" Recruiter here.

      Pros

      It's a fun place to work at. Two way cabs though the transport team is a piece of work.

      Cons

      Growth is meh. They do promise stuff, but unless you are tight with your superiors, you'll end up going no where. Performance doesn't matter unless you got the right folks backing you.
