Cons

• Low salary • Shifting schedule every 2 weeks • Compressed schedule (additional 8 hours per week as compensation for Saturday off), forced overtime (must work for 12 hrs per day) if the management wants, and rare holiday off • Required to work even on weekends..sometimes • Strict rules (gadgets, foods, and tumblers without company sticker are prohibited inside the production; late for twice is equivalent to a memo; oversleeping/over break even for 1 minute is equivalent to a memo as well; watching/researching for design tutorials is not allowed; Accessing e-mail is not allowed either; etc.) • Limited career growth • Employees' contribution (Tax, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG) were not monitored properly • Same day termination • Management needs improvement
