If you are a dedicated and a passionate employee with traits of resilience, you can earn good money and easily cross 1 lakh per month. You have to put in consistent work though because the basic salary per months is quite meagre below 30k. Management is friendly. Regular Cricket tournaments. 24th Dec - 1st January Off for Outbound Campaign.

Cons

Graveyard Shifts that can't be altered with. Numerous 6 Day Shifts that take a toll on your well-being. Mismanagement and unrealistic targets from the client - Telus in regards to the Production Hours results in the employees working 6 days in a week more often than not.

Look it's pretty simple....I get it...every company wants to maximize their profit at the cost of their employee's life energy. It'd be nice to be treated with a bit of gratitude and integrity by your employer, for a change,isn't it? Be prepared to be treated like a 5 year old when you join one of their processes. Otherwise I have said enough. The management is autocratic, stupid and exploitative.
