      Pros

      This is my 2nd job. Salary is good (not minimum) and have incentives for top performer. 13th month, christmas and summer outing. That's the only pros I remember.

      Cons

      Heavy politics, they have ridiculous company rules that deprive employees. After getting 2 lates, you will get memo from HR. You are not trully a web designer because you dont code here, therefore you will not grow here. You will be overused here, sometimes you are required to work here in saturday and holidays.
