1. One of the best company to handle the pandemic. The transition from office to work from home was seamless and operational in just a few days. 2. Weekly engaging activities.

Cons

1. Salary is too low and it's insulting the fact that the newly hired with less experience has a better salary and benefits offered to them. 2. No career growth - Instead, you'll be transferred to a different department or account with little training.
