      They have a great incentive structure and employers did value your efforts by giving you additional awards being a sales company they are always target driven

      Cons

      If you perform bad you won't get a chance to improve as they will put you on some low tier where you will struggle to make sales

      Lots of great people to work with. Very delicious kare kare in pantry.

      Salary does not increase, but the workload does. There are often mistakes on the payslip. If you fail to notice it as soon as possible, it will be on you. Upper management is oblivious to the concerns of its rank and file employees Very low pay. Below sea level.
