My team, minus my supes, were wonderful. Remote options (only if you are very lucky though, also be wary of job postings they are moving to a three day a week in office model for 2025)
Cons
I always use this example to really showcase the PFX culture. Back in June they did an employee appreciation event on company property with free food trucks, drinks and games. Sounds like a great time! However the event started at 4 and EOD was at 5. If we wanted to attend the event at 4 we had to use an hour of PTO. It’s a slap in the face to say “hey come to this fun thing because we love all you do but please use an hour of your hard earned time off to fully enjoy it.” All of the management in CX is very fake. Managers also get FTO so good luck trying to get in contact with them. (I’m all for taking time off, work is not everything, but managers abuse this policy). I think it’s a really good stepping stone but not a place someone should be at for more than 2 years max.
