HAHA. I could go on for hours As a CEL you will get zero to little help. Most of everyone's focus is helping MIL. Even when I asked for help it was shrugged off. Being the only person to catch back up at either the fish wall or register, take calls , help salon , pick orders and take orders out is absolutely ridiculous. They expect way too much out of managers. Hands down the most soul draining job I've ever had. You'll also get a schedule that's all over the place. I couldn't have a work and life balance because of this. My days off I was too drained to do absolutely anything.

Management is horrible alot is allowed to happen that shouldnt.
