Cons
Time off requests are not often approved no matter who long in advance you put them in. The management doesn’t care about its employees. Customers are very rude and management will get upset if you ask for help. The managers don’t always let you take your mandatory break. They will not give you your requested amount of hours for at least a year after starting if you are asking for more than 20 a week. Management almost always takes the customers side even if it is a store or company rule. There are no less than 4 managers who don’t always talk to one another which puts you in an awkward spot a lot of the time. If you do ever get a raise at your annual review it’s usually less than $0.50 more an hour.
