Its a fun place to work, at first Great customers Getting to see and interact with many animals Learning interesting facts about animals Great relationships with other employees
Cons
Poor and lazy management most of the time Serious lack of hours available for working, when you do work its for usually a 3-5 hour shift as part time Having a store manager giving your guilt trips when you need time off for important reasons, as in a family member having surgery and such Advancement based on favoritism, not experience or knowledge Having a district manager who doesnt listen to employee complaints even though it is mentioned in the company policies, if the case arises
