      Pros

      DOGS, if you love animals it is a really fun place to work. Real animal lovers understand how animals can make a bad daya little better. Easy policys to follow once you understand them, and corporate is usually pretty helpful. Lower level manager positions are very attainable if you work hard(hard work is always recongized). Company as a hole is hands down better than the compition.

      Cons

      Big on outside hires for salary positions, Expierance is not always a good thing.

      puppies helping pet owners make educated decisions about their pets needs.

      long hours no recognition favoritism lack of management direction blame game overwhelming work load lack of vet care small cramped cages too busy in salon for all groomers / bathers to take lunches or decent breaks

      love my customers and their pets especially my regulars who look for me coworkers are great my petcare manager is awesome so is my support manager

      Cons

      lets see we have changed management team three times in three yrs pay is not worth the job expected to be done with hours cut and not enough people no room for advancement lots of favoritisms among the managers .managers are not as customer friendly or employee friendly
