Very flexible hours, free pizza, meet some great friends

Cons

Very low pay, No chance at advancing (been there for almost 3 yrs and they keep hiring new managers instead of promoting from within), refuse to move me to full time, cheap owners

Some jobs you are able to be rather self-sufficient, such as prep work It can be a reasonably fun job at times, dealing with lots of different types of people It's not hard work, in general

Cons

No real raises that I have seen Management often doesn't communicate well with employees Management has not heeded even one of my suggestions in regards to equipment maintenance, requests for other personnel to do their jobs properly, ensuring that I have some of the tools that I need to do my job
