Pros

Fun, fast past environment where you can have fun while you work. Also, if you are a party host, you get to make tips on top of minimum wage which is a big plus.

Cons

No cons in my opinion. The only reason I left was because I had to focus more on school. Otherwise, I would have kept working there part-time.

Some jobs you are able to be rather self-sufficient, such as prep work It can be a reasonably fun job at times, dealing with lots of different types of people It's not hard work, in general

Cons

No real raises that I have seen Management often doesn't communicate well with employees Management has not heeded even one of my suggestions in regards to equipment maintenance, requests for other personnel to do their jobs properly, ensuring that I have some of the tools that I need to do my job
