Solid Entry Level Company

Pros

Working here gets you a good exposure to engineering having departments in older technology and new programs like autonomous vehicles and electric vehicles.

Cons

The only real downside are the promotion schedule on the technical track. Time between associate level and the next is reasonable but the next one isn’t until 5 years. The pay at all levels is less than industry average as well.
