Pros

Good people. Comfortable work environment. Lots of opportunity to try different things and get broad experience.

Cons

Raises are few and far between. Pay is sub-par compared to the industry. Asking for a raise is frowned upon. Salary compression is alive and well at Peterbilt. Always know that a new hire is likely making more than you.
