Pros

Great benefits and good pay

Cons

Kind of thrown to the wolves when it comes to training or learning something new. You are expected to know multiple things as soon as you jump in a new position.

Pros

Lovely frontline staff and GM- great people to work with the exception of outside upper management.

Cons

Lack of training, lack of up to date technology. Worked at a division of the Johnston RI store. I have nothing nice to say of how they handled any of their business Including expecting people to know the ins and outs of their dealership with out proper training. Failed to provide funding for office supplies and petty cash. so much so that we were told we could not purchase postage stamps. I could go on and on, on a random Wednesday Upper Management sent one person to the store to tell all employees they were closing the doors immediately with 2 days severance pay. God Bless them.....
