Pros

Good pay, safe work environment, weekends off, opportunity for overtime, pension plan

Cons

You will be laid off. Period. We had a great year in 2019, still got laid off. If you're single or set up to save little of the great pay, you can maybe make it work, but there's a reason they offer so much per hour. You will be laid off eventually. I didn't meet anyone there longer than 5 years who hadn't been through at least 1 lay off. All of us with less than 5 yeara experience just got laid off. I just feel like there were certain things that happened, that if the company spent its money a little wiser, maybe we could have skipped the layoffs. They don't care about laying people off with families to feed.

Pros

Solid Company, it makes money. Lots of great people. offers pension

Cons

Not diverse. close knit culture either you in the club or you are not. Hourly employees make as much as a lot of the managers or more. Good for hourly folks but not for new managers.
