Pros

Pay could be increased very easily with experience and learning new positions. The option to learning new positions was always available to me at the time.

Cons

Personnel dilemma I faced was management constantly changing my schedule without letting me know. Could not always get overtime. Training for a new position could be an issue if staffing was low.
