Generally great onboarding process. Very thorough. Everyone seems very nice, but it's that small town fake-nice and it wears off quickly.

Cons

Fake-nice attitudes but you can tell when they don't like you. You can have ANY other facial piercing except a nose ring. DON'T wear a nose ring or they will write you up for it. You will do a lot of driving if you don't live in Kerrville. They advertise jobs on Indeed as being in San Antonio, but they are an hour away. The bonus seems worth it, but it ends up not being the case.
