Pros

Full of opportunities, smart employees, flexible, recognition for hard work, and gives back too the community.

Cons

Plant level management can be dictative, plant worker wages could be more competitive for FTE's, and floor employees should be allowed to take part in the decision making process when possible. Need to work harder to bring the Mgt, factory, office silo's together.

Pros

Plant is Close to home. Lots of Nice people working the lines . Decent pay and benefits. The plant is in decent condition.

Cons

Everyone is replaceable. No loyalty. Company keeps changing and not in a good way. New management of plant is a joke.
