Pros

Small, rural setting. You can get to know everyone if you wish. Friendly staff members. Students are more respectful than at more urban universities.

Cons

The university is in a constant state of flux. Leadership priorities change frequently; many projects never reach completion before they are ended in favor of a new project. Big dreams but funding is a perpetual problem.

Pros

Challenged to think outside of the box and develop leadership skills. Small campus makes for a true community feel.

Cons

No sense of team throughout departments and the school's financial concerns make many fear for their job security. Very small town which make many skeptical of new ideas and unwilling to adapt to change.

Cons

Teacher is the engineer oF the soul. I want to be this kind of person. I love the life in USA.
