Small, rural setting. You can get to know everyone if you wish. Friendly staff members. Students are more respectful than at more urban universities.
Cons
The university is in a constant state of flux. Leadership priorities change frequently; many projects never reach completion before they are ended in favor of a new project. Big dreams but funding is a perpetual problem.
A couple of people to work with and the students. The Café is ok ... besides that, dorms are terrible (some have no A/C still) and falling apart!
Cons
Too much to list ... this is a very poorly structured campus with poor administration leading you down a dead end road. Do yourself a favor and take less money (if that's even possible) and work someone else. This is absolutely no advance with the smart people leaving for better situations constantly.
