The students in the adult undergraduate program were amazing!

Cons

No help. I was only allowed to hire adjuncts. Low Salary.

Pros

Challenged to think outside of the box and develop leadership skills. Small campus makes for a true community feel.

Cons

No sense of team throughout departments and the school's financial concerns make many fear for their job security. Very small town which make many skeptical of new ideas and unwilling to adapt to change.
